Try this:
Start: All Programs>> Accessories>> Right click on Comd prmt
Run As administrator
At the Prompt Type: chkdsk:/X(drive letter)
hit enter.
wait.
this will fix the most likely cause for windows to be crying for you to format a good drive... corrupted data.
