Authenticated USB password works but files not showing to open

I have a McAfee protected USB. The authentication password works and then when I click on the icon I get a new window called "McAfee Removal Media Protection" and under Files, I can see the USB name. However I can't open it to access the files. Any ideas on how I open the USB?

I would suggest contacting your Provider such as McAfee. Did you check to see what type of support you get with their product?
