Hey there, krishnamachary.
Try the pen drive with a different USB port and a different computer/device, to see if it shows up. Also, check if it's recognized in Device Manager and/or Disk Management. Make sure that Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller's driver is up to date.
Do you need to recover data from that USB flash drive?
Please let me know how everything goes.
