Hi harinder77.
Is the USB flash drive recognized in Device Manager or Disk Management? If it's recognized in Disk Management, would you please post a screenshot of what you see about it and its partition? Do you need to recover data from it?
I'd recommend that you try the pen drive with a different computer or a different device, to see if it's properly recognized.
Please let me know how everything goes.

It looks like it detects "something", but there's no media. It sounds like the flash drive might have failed. I'd recommend that you try accessing it via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD (this is basically a freeware, bootable, portable version of Linux), to see if it's properly recognized and if you can get to your files. Another option would be to try and recover files via data recovery software.
