Hey there, raj.
I'd recommend that you backup any important data which you might have on that memory card, just to be on the safe side. Perhaps your only option right now would be some kind of cloud service as it's not detected by your computer. After you've backed up your files, I'd recommend that you try the card with a different computer or at least with a different card reader, to see if the same thing happens. Also check if it shows up in Disk Management and Device Manager. Try reinstalling/updating the card reader's drivers to see if that fixes the problem.
