Bluetooth setting everything is ok but not working

Hello,
Plz fix a problems .....

Bluetooth setting all OK... I did cheak everything .... Device manager..services.. Change bluetooth setting.. but no device is connected..

You must pair devices, so if neither device is challenging with a security code, then one of them isn't getting the blue tooth signal.

What are you trying to connect, specifically please?
