Trouble of Acer aspire

Hello,
my lap top is acer aspire.
my power button is ok. but turn on delay. before lap top on normally. But no computer tells "Insert boot disk" as well as. I installed. It work. Again came problem. Please help me.

sounds like you hard disk is failing and needs to be replaced.
