Facebook - login too often - blocking access to FB

Hello,
10/23/2015: Why is Facebook saying "You are Login too often" and then not allowing me to access Facebook. Are they policing how am I using my Facebook? Besides, so what if I am logging too often... is that their business? Or is this a fiasco result of having Windows 10 Microsoft Edge upgrade? Whose dumb program idea is that?! Since I upgraded to Windows 10 - this Microsoft Edge is making my internet experience so frustrating. It's almost everyday that I have to figure out what's gone wrong... I may resolved it or I may not but, can they program it more user friendly?
