1) Follow these steps to Cleanup your disk:
Start Disk Cleanup
To free up space on your hard disk, Disk Cleanup finds and then removes temporary files on your computer that you decide you no longer need.
If you have more than one drive or partition on your computer, you will be prompted to choose which drive you want Disk Cleanup to clean.
· Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking Disk Cleanup.
· There is an option to delete thumbnails. Check that and run the Cleanup.
Note
Here's another way to open Disk Cleanup: Click the Start button. In the Search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.

2) Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and perform a full scan.
select custom scan and select the option scan for rootkits and select all drives follow the steps as given here :
