Pen drive not detected

Hello,
I am having a pen drive of 4GB Kingston. It neither shown in My Computer nor in device manager. I am having many important data in my pen drive. Please help me.

Did you try it on another pc?

whether it get detected in disk management? and in BIOS?

At first it detects but before I do anything on it, the opened window closed and then it not shows anything in My Computer except other local drivers. It happens everytime in all PCs. It also not detected in disk managements. Please help me how to view in BIOS the pen drive.

Press Del or F12 key after pressing power button of your PC to enter into BIOS and look for your pendrive there. If your pen drive did not showed in Device manager or disk management it looks like sign of failed pen drive.
