I have problem with my printer mb2340 canon black catridge is not printing,where I try to clean printer head it tries to print bt not properly cz it print uneven text,I need your help guys plz

Unplug it all, take it outside, take it apart and blow out all the crevices. Take the toner drum and with a soft cloth, remove any and all toner residue. Put it all back together and see what happens. Let us know!
