The only thing we can tell you is to be patient. How many people would they be helping if .5% were having the same problem as you?

There are no doubt thousands of people living the same situation. Facebook has to examine every one of them. They are a small team (4 or 5), working 9 to 4, Monday to Friday only, they also get a 30 minute break in the morning and one in the afternoon and one and a half hour for lunch.
