i have a hppaviliont2000 it runs dvd an fan an lights an all but my screen stays black i have checked online for a fix an nothing woks can any1 please helpmefind a fix a fix for this i thought it was the harddrive until i saw it posted with others hving the same issue some said fixes wrked others said now any help will bgreatly appreciated

Did you hear any beeps? Also did you try external monitor with your laptop?
