Lagging in SAMP only!

Hello,



I have upgraded my PC, Motherboard, CPU and RAM.

I have Windows 10.


I run hard games good but only in SAMP my computer starts to get crazy.
What I realized is when I hear and see that the game freezes and does an annoying sound (Bippppppppp) - The issue begins, only then! When the sounds isn't there I can easily minimize or quit without any issue, only when I hear the sound it begins.

Only in SAMP!!


GTX 550 Ti
i3-4170 LGA 1150 Tray
4 RAM

Well according to your post, you have 4 ram. Have you checked that you meet the RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS? Not just the minimum, but recommended!

its not FPS problem or something
