Monitor turns black

Hello,

My monitor is SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 931BF, I have a problem ,? The problem is that the monitor turns black after 20 seconds, but if I lower the brightness of the monitor so the screen is on. Now the monitor turns black after 1 sec so I can not turn down the brightness and sometimes not even turn on. How do I solve this problem?

Try to use external monitor to make sure the problem lies with your monitor or graphics.

use external monitor and see that you got perfect display in it.

I tried, the problem is on the monitor.

If you got good display on external monitor but not with your samsung monitor with good connections may be problem lies with your samsung monitor as you said. You need a qualified technician or new monitor.

Hello,
every single time I turn it on it says power saving and go to sleep it was just working until I moved it to a different spot in my room everything else is working but the monitor keeps saying power saving mode it won't show my desktop or anything I checked the cords and I'm pretty sure they aren't loose help me please

Black screen after update

Hello, my name is Paul...so I haven't connected my ps3 to internet before...bit today I did and an update popped up...which I updated...a 4. Version or so..

But after installing...it was just a black screen ... nothing else..Nd the green light remained on ...so what should I do ...and the power cord has been removed consecutively yet still no improvement
