Hello,
what should i do if the screen always black. i mean i cant see anything. how can i load new drivers or programs that you recommended..?

"power saving mode" indicates the PC in not sending any video signal to the monitor or the cable is broken. Looks like you need a PC repair shop to diganose the problem.
