Do not remember Hotmail password

Hello,

I have been having problems getting into my hotmail account its linked to my Facebook but i do not remember my password and my cell number has changed what do i do to get my account back

Why would you ever want to link two accounts like that? Please do not use plug-in logins. Either keep it all separate, or it all will fail at once; when you forget your facebook password!
