This a Photoshop bug, there is nothing you can do about it except to save your work and restart Photoshop.
i time by time done , and formated system 2-3 times but still getting problem plz suggest

It has nothing to do with your system. It's a bug with Facebook, every body including me gets the message once in a while. The main thing to do is to have a clean cache.
