Hello,

Not sure if what I am wanting is possible but thought I would ask...

I have a database in which I will always update and add to. And each column has a conditional formatting showing and highlighting the top 25% (green) and bottom 25% (red). Each row links to a different product and is given a unique number.

On the top row I want to show the product I am looking at but I want the conditional formatting to come with it, so i can then use that information on a powerpoint presentation. This is the formula i am using.

=VLOOKUP(Tables!$J$2,Database!$A$3:$P$3995,4,0)

So it shows the correct number but not the colouring from the conditional formatting.

Any information would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi attycuz,

Formula's can't apply format.

Use conditional format on your formula cell as well.

If you need more help, then provide more details.

Best regards,
