Travelling in spain problem opening hotmail

Hello,

I am currently travelling in spain and need to review my flight ticket and print it. i have been unable to log into my hotmail account since i left my country 4 weeks ago. After filling in the questions, and with help from my brother in england, whose account i sent the 4 digit number(and also had to change my password)...once again i cannot sign into my account. can you help me
