Hotmail receives but can't send

Hello,
Hello I just recently reset my hotmail acct, I tried to see if I was receiving mail (incoming) worked fine, but when I tried to send from this acct it would not send?

OK, what program are you using? Are you getting this type of behavior from a browser? Did it ever work? Di you recently change your ISP?
