Pendrive does not show any data

dear sir ambucias (or anybody) , plz help me. i cannot store any file or data in pendrive. i have done everything what you answered in a question(attrib -h -r -s /s /d j:\*.* ). yes it works, but temporarily. when i unplug the pendrive, and again pluged it, same problem arises. i sent u a snapshot what has been seen finally...this shortcut cannot be removed even after formatting pendrive. every folder is converted to this shortcut.
help me to fix the prob plz.thanks.
