Is it possible to use two ps4 online in the same house

Can i use two ps4 online in the same house as im thinking of getting a 2nd ps4 so my son and i can play the same games online together.

I was also considering a power line adapter would this help?
ive read various comments that say its not possibly to run 2 ps4 off the same broadband hub. Im gratefull for any advice given thanks in advance.

my pal has a ps3 - ps4 - xbox 360 and x box 1 .........plus tablets, lap top....her kids all play on their own consoles on line , at same time. doubt theyl be on same games but connection runs all her tech...
