Hi Reda8,
Please open BIOS and check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. If it is missing, try booting from a Windows installation drive. Firstly you should change the Boot Order, placing CD-DVD on first place. If you have tried all those options, please check if the installation drive is booting correctly on another PC.
There may be an issue with your hard drive. If the laptop is under warranty, contact the reseller.
