I have everything in this yahoo mail account and i need to get it back.. But i forgot everything in it but if i got hints about the password i think i would remmber it.. Also in my facebook account i changed the password and after 5 days i was trying to write it but it says its wrong and if i got the yahoo i would get the Facebook back (Please need help)

The problem is that i didnt open this yahoo account for over 3 month and this account is for my facebook and i forgot my password... So how could i get back my Facebook account
