Hello tremingabirano,
I suspect a failed hard drive. Have you got the option to test it on different location? I would recommend you to take the disk out and try to connect via a SATA-USB cable. Do that if your laptop is out of warranty. If the HDD doesn't spin, then I guess it has failed mechanically and needs replacement. Please, come back to share what happened with the test once you're done with it.
