                    Hello Hamed,
Since you said that you have changed the motherboard I would suspect a hard drive failure. If you have the option I think you should test it on different location. I suggest you to take it out and try to connect via a SATA-USB cable. If the HDD doesn't spin at all then I guess it has failed mechanically and needs replacement.
Please, come back to share what happened with the test once you're done with it.
