Cant find local drives

I am using windows 8.1 and since few days whenever I click on this PC it doesn't respond and also I am not able access any of my local drives by anyways....
Please help...

Disc partition shows all the three drives...

I can't even refresh desktop ..
Composite bus enumerator driver cannot be loaded" is this causing the trouble?

Did you see any thing different in device manager?

Did you recently install any software or hardware?

Open your Device Manager, under the System devices, right-click UMBus Root Bus Enumerator, select Update Driver Software.

Then reboot to check if the issue persists.

It says driver is up to date

After starting up of pc press F8 continuously to get Advanced Boot menu, Did you able to get it?
