What OS are you using? If your machine isn't finding a boot device, then double check your harddrive is the first bootable device.
When you deleted the program, did you use the WINDOWS UNINSTALLER?

Hello Mark,
Your suggestion to ask for support from IOBIT is great but I have a feeling those guys don't really give any support. I also think that most of what they sell or give away is junk.

Perfect Effects 10 is your run of the mill photo editor which could have been easily uninstalled with Windows. IOBIT, I suggest is the culprit, something vital was uninstalled.
What do you say if we ask sn95svt to post pictures of his blue screen and ask him if he can boot in safe mode with networking?

Yes, I should have done my diligence before saying that. When the support tab from a wordpress template has an index listing of "Refund Request's". It is the second listing of the index. That would have given me some insight on the type of product it was.

I used iObit Uninstaller to delete the program.
