Hard drive not detected

Hello, any help on recorvering my hard drive? It shows on that there's a hard drive connected but I can't see it in the computer, I can't even use it. But when Ihgo he where to eject It on the computer , it will be there but 's my be used , pls an help on what to do ?

Hi Vbdawizz,

Are you talking about an external drive? Please check if it is visible in Disk Management. Does it have a drive letter and a correct file format? If you have the possibility, check the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
