Hi Shagari,
Are you able to use the PC right now? Does the OS load as usual or you are getting a black screen? There may be a hard drive error. If the laptop is under warranty, I recommend you to contact the reseller. If warranty has expired and you can not enter in Windows, check if the drive is visible in BIOS. If it is not, open the laptop and disconnect the hard drive. Connect it to another PC, as a secondary drive. Download the drive manufacturer's diagnostic tool and do complete drive scan.
