Hello,
Try this 1
1) Hold the Ctrl and Shift keys --> Press the Esc key. "Task Manager"
should be opened. Click on "File" --> New Task --> Type explorer.exe and
press Enter. Your desktop should appear now.
2) If step 1 doesn't work then hold the Power ON button, for few seconds.
This will turn Off your laptop.
3) Now switch ON your Laptp, start tapping the "F8" key to get
"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and
keep tapping the F8 key).
Select the option "Last known Good Configuration"
4) If the problem still exists then follow Step 3 and this time select
"Repair Your Computer" and follow the onscreen instructions.
