hi iam using ACER ASPIRE E15 in that wifi is not working i do know y please help i am using windows7

OK, does any PC connect? What does your ISP say about you not using their services? If you plug in an ethernet cable, does it connect?

Did it ever work? Sometimes if this is the first time you have connected to this network, windows 7 will shutdown the firewall until you select a network location.
