Hello,
Try this 1
You need to install the drivers after formatting. You can download all the
drivers from your Laptop manufacture's website.
Click on Start --> In search bar, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. Make sure that there are no Yellow Marks.
