Hi R M Usman,
Please open Disk Management and check if the drive appear with correct drive letter and file format. I strongly recommend you to check the drive with another USB cable and on another PC. If the drive appears in Device Manager under USB devices, uninstall it, restart the PC and reconnect the drive.
