Hello, somehow my computer turned off and hasn't been able to start and load windows to the home screen since. I'm able to get to the boot options (F12) and Set up (F2) only on the Alienware booting page. If I let it proceed from there, my screen just stays blank. I did just do a update or apparently add a virus a few hours prior so I'm wondering how to restore it to previous day if that's possible.
Any help or advice is appreciated all.
Matthew

Start System Restore from a command prompt
You need to have an administrator account to perform these steps.
Start your computer in Safe Mode with Command Prompt. To learn how to do this, see Start your computer in safe mode.
Log on to the computer.
At the command prompt, type rstrui.exe, and then press Enter.
