Net Not Working at night

hey guys . im facing a very odd prob of losing internet connectivity only at night and that too after only 9pm. i have rebooted modem many time and contacted even the customer care but they are also clueless. im facing this prob for the past one month and it feels very irritating . so id be very gratefull if anyone can help me with his precious knowledge.thnks

Strange indeed!

Is this happening every night?

How long has it been happening.

What kind of internet connection do you use, (cable, dsl, etc.)

Do you need or have you ever needed a password to connect to internet?
