Laptop screen stays black

Hello,
my name is khaled i have hp laptop when i turn on the screen stays black and i heard the fun is runing and the charger light is on so why isn't it working correctly

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
