Dell inspiron 5 only black blank page

Hello,
Hi actually I am using dell inspiron 5...recently I am facing problem like I am turning on the power button and the indicator is on and as well as processor fan is running but I didn't even see any dell startup screen nothing.... Only black blank page.... First time I waited for some time and removed battery and turn on the system directly from power source it worked and again now I am using the same process even though it was not working since 1 day...I am not getting any options for even to shutdown.. The screen itself blank and black color... Can u please suggest me what is the problem and how to solve that...
