In a new column, put =cell1=cell2 and drag this to the end Eg Two compare column1 & column2, in cell(A3) put '=A1=A2' If both the values are same, TRUE will be displayed. To find FALSE search for FALSE

What if the data are not exactly on the same row this does not work is there a way to compare the data now?
