Hello, I am trying to reinstall my Lexmark x1270 which has not worked since unpgrading to windows 10 I have 2 discs but not sure which one to use or how?

Neither disk is going to work for you. Since they do not contain a Win 10 driver.
At this time Lexmark does not list a Win 8 or 10 driver for this printer. It's possible that they will never create a Win 10 driver.
