Problem with my laptop keys

Merry Christmass in Advance dude,
I have a problem with my laptop(Toshiba Satellite C655;Window 7 OS).most of my keys is not giving me the the right
input,i have formatted the laptop but yet same old result,how best can i resolve this matter.
i need to use an external usb keyboard before i get the right keys which seems abit of hustle for me.
I cannot carry the keyboard everywhere i go.
please anyone who has knowledge about resolving this issue should help.

Probably the only sure solution is to replace the internal keyboard. Perhaps eBay can supply one.

so u mean the internal keyboard is spoilt?
Is it a hardware problem or a software problem?
