Hello,

My Dell laptop on windows 7 refuses to upgrade to windows 10. It says the bios is not available and cannot upgrade to windows 10. what do I do?

I recently replaced the mother board of the windows 7 laptop. can that be responsible?

Please advise.

Hi Didiuko,

You dont say what model your machine is. Have you looked on the Dell website to see if there is an updated BIOS for your machine?
