Firstly, a bit of politeness would be nice - you are more likely to get answered if you are nice to people.
The reason you cant connect to 192.168.0.1 is that the adderss does not exist on your network.
Also it looks like you are trying to access the default gateway of your router. Is this correct?

What do you expect to get if you were to connect to that IP address? Please provide more details, so we can have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish!
