Hi,
Try the following steps to reset your router and the associated username and password.
At the back of the router, press the Reset button for 10 seconds. After you release that button, wait until it reboot. The router will be reset to its default factory settings.
In your router's manual or on the sticker located on the router itself, you can find the default username and password.
Access to 192.168.0.1 from your browser and enter those credentials into your router's Web interface.
