Keyboard has just stopped working

Hi i do not know a lot about computers and keyboards i got a 7 inch black android 4.1 netbook/notebook and for some reason the keyboard has just stopped working wont let me type anything ive looked at keyboard settings and seems to be okay snd i have tried reseting it but nothing seems to work? Can anybody help

did you try an other keyboard?

No i havent ive only had my notebook a month
