Hello,
Hi every one,

I have problem with my laptop its TOSHIBA SATELLITE A100-405 and 2 years old so not warranty now.

Just before 2 weeks its fall down and lcd cracked but even after cracked at least i was using normally without replacement it and wished to replaced soon but yesterday when i uninstalled the toshiba virtual sound (because sound always like echo) suddenly my lap stoped working after uninstalled that virtual sound .

I must hold power button to off and on but even after its on nothing i see on display.
I tried to put recovery disc but after that also i cant see anything in screen .

Can you help me please whats the problem is because of that cracked screen or because of that uninstalled virtual sound.
I wish someone will help me to solve this matter.

toshiba bateries are not good it said soon the news thats why they stopped making them so if i was you i`d trade it in for a new one.
-Any other info reply back.

but i think its not battery problem, a week ago my screen cracked because its fall down but even after that it was working at least i can use laptop even screen looked so bad but when yesterday i uninstalled toshiba virtual sound from add or remove program after uninstalling that suddenly nothing i can see in monitor i think its booting i used toshiba recovery disc also but i cant see anythings on monitor i dont know problem is cracked monitor or after uninstalled that toshiba virtual sound , can u reply please?
