Hi Grace.
You could try plugging in a USB keyboard for the short term and access your computer using that. I think ultimately thought you will need a new keyboard for the laptop. Did you spill anything on it?

Perhaps try entering safe mode when you boot. If you are using windows 7 or before press the [F8] key rapidly when you switch it on. Use the arrow keys (if they work ) to select safe mode and then try first your username and if that works let me know, and if it fails try the Administrator account. If the keyboard works there let me know.
