Problem of startup in laptop

Hello,

I purchased a new hp laptop just a few days back,when i hit the power button the laptop starts and only shows the windows logo and then a blank scree comes after that when i long press it turns off and then when i again press the start button my notebook works fine. I know this is weird but it persists everytime

I suggest you return it for factory servicing.

So u think it is a hardware problem?

No, I think it's a BIOS issue that the factory should fix.
