I replaced the screen, now the laptop is useless. It boots then I get a can't find plug ins msg. No internet. Can't get it to do anything. Not tech savvy. Someone please help

It's possible that your replacement screen is incompatible with the laptops motherboard. I would try to get a replacement from who ever supplied the screen.

have you tried using and external monitor with the laptop?

Actually the new screen came from Dell. That's where I purchased the laptop to begin with. They looked up the part and they ordered it for me. So I'm stuck. I have no clue what's going on
